  1. Thank you for sharing that reply. It seems Kroger is a very celiac friendly store.
  2. So yes, grocery shopping was nuts. We parked a miled from the store and the people inside were everywhere....one good thing, there are always more than enough cashiers open so there is barely a wait in line, if at all.
  3. At both Giant and Wegmans in Harrisburg (I see you are in Central PA) there are natural/organic extracts and they say gluten free on the bottle. I am not sure the name of the company, but I have seen them.
  4. I have eaten them with no problems, but have not had them in a long time. They did taste very similar.
  5. Lovely Sunday....it is a wet and damp Sunday morning here.....rain/snow mix possible. All my other family members in NEPA have snow on the ground. I would like to see some snow. Later it is off to the grocery store to buy my Thanksgiving fixings and other items I need. I pick up my gluten-free pumpkin pie on Tuesday :) I can't wait to see the rush...
  6. No sadly, it was the cat......he is good at that. anyone else have trouble getting on here tonight?
  7. Love the K-too's...hate Mi-del....were like bricks. I know K-too's are a little pricey, but worth it in the end.
  8. Don't feel bad, married life has not gotten off to a well start either. We left for Rochester last week, John was feeling tired, he has come down with full blown pneumonia and has not been back to work yet....
  9. Coke products are ok Enjoy
  10. Hehehehe...seriously, I am trying to keep from picturing it. As we were discussing this topic, Lucky is curled up in John's lap, all of a sudden I hear John say...aww! Lucky! you smell bad! Honestly, our cat farts worst than almost any human I know;.
  11. Is this being spoken from experience??
  12. So this morning, John and I went out to use some of our gift cards we got for the wedding. We were buying curtains (boy was that fun) and other things for the house. So, while in Target I decided to buy a movie, Borat. My sister has been raving about how funny this movie is. We get home, and I make some lunch and we are getting ready to watch the movie...
  13. you know I am in the US and I could never understand how people could fart on cue.
  14. I know when I saw them at Walmart it was 1.99 a box. Not too shabbby The only other cereal I buy is this strawberry cornflakes and it is 3 a box. I am the only one that eats them so it is not that bad.
  15. I like your new avatar, the mountains look very pretty.
  16. I have bought honey crisp apples at Wegmans for cheapier than that.
  17. update...did not see them at Weggies the other night.
  18. The yeti would like a toaster, but he needs to be careful with all his fur
  19. CONGRATS!!!!!! Hey its a task keeping on this thread alone....that could be your life.
  20. I saw the last line....trust me you are glad you missed it. No self-respecting person should post that.
  21. my gosh such busy bee's on this thread.
  22. Hi Richard! nice to see you today.
  23. I would not risk the CC on a 4-slice, I would invest the few dollars to buy a toaster of my own. I would rather shell the money out than feel horrible from getting glutened.
