    I know completely where you are coming from. My MIL, preachs about this miracle juice she found on the internet. She claims it cures cancer and everything. She is always pushing it in my face as well as John's. John had cancer 5 yrs ago and had a few rounds of high dose chemo. In turn he has major neuropathy problems in his feet, for which he is on pain medications...

    I am fine with the caramel coloring, although I don't drink that much coke and soda's. I do know there are others on this board that have some reactions to the coloring. I guess it varies person to person.

    of course I do splurge on candy a lot more now too. My coworkers look on in amazement and ask me how I can stay so thin and I am just thinking well I don't eat cake and cookies like you guys do. I work with some women who can eat cake and cookies by the lb and have no shame

    I have to admit, it was a pretty picture today at the Med Center, there were still red leaves on the trees and this fresh blanket of white snow, the first snow of the season. The color in the leaves just looked so much brighter. I wish I had my camera on me. I never saw anything that pretty in real life, only in picture books.

    The day after Christmas is also like the other day you don't want to go near stores, they are jammed with people returning presents and after holiday sales.

    Angie, It's good to hear she is happy to go to school. Sounds like she really likes it. It is snowing again. John told me he is still having some breathing issues. He is on Prednisone right now and that is a tapering dose. It is supposed to clear things up fast since it is a steriod. I can't believe it is Thanksgiving week already. We leave for my moms...

    Good news! John went back to work today. He is doing a bit better, still has the Wheeze and occasional cough but I hear that will stick around a bit. Still got snow on the ground

    I am looking into finding these as well. ALthough it was rare to buy Ring Dings before, some days I have cravings for them or other similar snack items, I rarely ever ate. Odd, huh?
