  1. I am doing well, I knew it was coming. I also know he had been suffering so knowing he no longer will be makes me real happy. Plus I know he was ready. He has mentally prepared himself. God will take care of him now.

  7. Small world huh The Hershey Plant tour is not the same as it was many years ago when they used to go to the actual factory. Now it is a ride you sit in a car and it takes you through a "factory" and shows you the process. It is still neat and it is open year round and does not cost any money. You still get chocolate at the end of the tour....usually a Hershey...

  10. Paula, It is so nice to see he has a warm person to come to. I agree with Ursa you should be applauded. I would never let me mom or dad go to a nursing home. I am sure there are nice ones out there...but there will never a be a nice enough one for either of my parents. I would gladly take my parents to my home. It is sad to see how kind and generous...

  13. I am not looking forward to the new law either. I use Wegmans brand gluten free coded products and their company already released a statement about the new law and how there is discrepencies. I think it is going to cause more trouble than good.

  16. OMG LOL I would have died though of humilation but it is still funny.
  17. That was the one thing my mom harped about the most when we lived at home. My sisters and I all used tampons, religously. My moms biggest thing was they are not flushable even if the box says they are.

  21. This is from the National Bone Marrow Registry and this regards the auto-immune diseases, Open Original Shared Link Open Original Shared Link Scroll down and it says celiac is a no. This is a site from the UK.
  22. This is correct, I used to be on the Bone Marrow Donor list, and once I got celiac I had to come off. There have been cases when a person got celiac through the transplant.
