    I bet that was nice, get to show the house off I spent Saturday with my mom at her house. It was a lot of fun. I exchanged gifts with everyone and got to play with Sabrina. I bought her this Playskool walker/riding toy. She enjoyed the box more than anything. It was an exhausting day though, since I drove 2 hrs to get there and 2 back...by 10 that night...

    Paula-I will keep both the adoption and the reversal in my thoughts for you....with John having high dose chemo our odds for a child have been cut very small....and we both want it very bad...So I know where you are coming from

    I just recently got new pots and pans....nice ones for the first time in my life Stainless steel. My old pots were crying to be thrown away, they were so scratch they were beginning to rust Since I have started to get into the cooking/baking thing it was time for an upgrade.

    Happy New year Everyone!!! We made it another year! So as we say goodbye to 2007....which went very quickly might I add...Just wondering what goals everyone has set for 2008? John and I are going to join the gym at work and try to get into shape....we have both put on some lbs over the years. We are also going to start saving money for a home...

    Enjoying some nice winter weather right now, sleet snow and rain, John and I got a copy of Roller Coaster Tycoon today and spent the night playing with that....quite fun!

    It's best if possible to start out with new things, because no matter how hard and how many washings gluten can still be in there hidden....scary I think.

    I was never a fan of the real maple syrup growing up but now I love it. I get it from my Little Leah's family, they actually grow and make their own maple syrup and I always get a jug. When it is not in season I go to wegmans and buy their syrup cause it says its gluten free and it is cheap. I go for the maple syrup anyday!

    I have always wanted to go downtown to Harrisburg for New Years but it is such a hassle getting parking and then getting out after the Strawberry drops ( i think thats what they drop we have a few drops around here and sometimes I get mixed up) One of these years though. Last year it was pouring rain!

    I work in a hospital and supposedly they can accomodate gluten free meals for patients, I have seen it posted on the itnernal dietary policy. I have also seen them get shipments of EnerG products. So they got the means. I cannot say how it all works...I have never had to be a patient over night.

    We do take-out from Outback more than we dine in. One of the last times we ate in, my baked potato was different...more mashed than an actual baked potato....anyone else ever had this?

    Sounds like it was a nice evening out. If you don't mind me asking, what do you usually get at the Japenese place? There is one close to work and I have been asked there.
