    I am also in the boat of weight gain....I put on at least 30lbs since I went gluten free in 2004. I really have gained in the last few months....my thyroid levels are fine though....I am hoping to get excersing more, because I don't really eat bad things...

    Good thats great news. Even if it isn't making you sick, it is probably doing damage. You are making the right choice even if it is not the one you really want.....

    I have heard a lot of good things about Publix. My aunt and uncle live in the villages in Fl and rave about that place.

    Morning Sillies I moved into this department a little over 2 years ago. It was more money and day shift. I can make department moves, I am just trying to figure out what I should try next, the first place I worked here (lab) John and myself both left (turnover is high) due to bad management, no raises, weekends/holidays, and just other stress related factors...

    So after the diasterous day at work....I came home and shed a lot of tears...I am not sure that is the job for me...things sail smooth but things have been rough lately and I have been keeping it all in....I still have alot inside too..don't know what to do anymore.

I even eat less than I did (still put on weight though... ) I used to get bad hunger pains, some would feel as if I didn't eat for days and I would eat and 30 minutes later the pains would return.     My legs are very sore today. We even hit some expert trails last night since it was all powder no ice. When we first got there it was snowing which really set the mood. I did not get to ski last season since Tammy was pregnant. The past few winter have not been so great for skiing in this area either. Not alot of snow...
