    One possibility: antibiotics really mess with your digestive system -- they kill the "good" bacteria in your intestines. I recommend a probiotic supplement -- or at least plain yogurt with some live cultures. The probiotics seem to be more powerful, though, and they've been recommended for healing celiacs.
