    OMG, leaving R-ville for a bit....my brother's MIL died this morning.....it was expected, she was down to 75 pounds, throat cancer....v. v. sad. So, I'm going to go get the girls (my bro has five daughters and the three youngest are home just now) and hang with them...I am working very hard to mend tensions I caused through the years with my two brothes...

    In the past, 20 or so years ago, I could take literally four or six Tylenol PM or the like, and literally MULTI-task all night, awake until dawn. Has the sleeping issue gotten worse on Lexapro? sometimes certain antidepressants can cause insomnia, or make it worse.     Yes, absolutely, and since my struggle for most of my life was in the mental/psychological arena, I am writing to my former shrink and a couple of counselors- my shrink in Monterey was wonderful, a really great doctor - but needs to know about gluten's affects on the brain. go for it - - - more doctors in this country MUST be educated on this disease...

    making soap with lye is heinous....don't try it - - - v. difficult with heating to the exact right temp, getting ratios right, and curing for weeks in proper temp.. maybe Robbin has done it well - - -now when I make it I just melt glycerine bars, add scents, and pour them in molds......
