    Ditto this. I am FURIOUS for you and their complete incompetence and ignorance! Most dietitians know nothing about Celiac. I am in fact corresponding wtih one currently, a newly-diagnosed Celiac, and she is appalled that even SHE didn't know as much as she'd have like to, and is definitely going to do something about it to educate herself and her patients...

    Welcome to the board...it is certainly bewildering at first. Are you quite sure you're completely off gluten? Hidden gluten, you know, toothpaste, cosmetics, products, condiments/dressings/seasonings/medications/vitamins, all of it? Are you inhaling flour at the restaurant, eating from pans that just cooked something with gluten, or draining rice pasta...

    I totally get what you're talking about Rachel.....that is the best thing of all to do on a rainy day!
