    Does anyone know which if any flour companies are safe if avoiding corn? Most that are dedicated to gluten free still manufacture corn.I know bobs does and i called arrowhead mills and although they say they clen their equipment there is the chance of cross contamination. Miamia

    Ceres juices are really god- I like the pear and the mango- they have a website its www.ceresjuices.com. They sell them at most health food stores and at this point alot of regular grocery stores as well. Racheel- did you mention in another post that you had had candida? Miamia

    I called Toms of Main all of their toothpastes are safe except 2 which have sorbitol. So you are probably safe with the spearmint I know the pepermint is alright.     Rachel- Have you had allergy tests done? I have and corn never showed up but your symptoms and story is so similar to yours its almost frightening.     They sell them at Westerly and Integral Yoga. I asked at Integral and the women there said they were very accomadating and if you email them they will deliver them.     I had discovered this new brand Kates Baked goods at Westerly Market in New York and I recently discovered they are also selling it at Integral Yoga on 13th and 8th.     Ok I wrote about these before but i think i might be addicted these new cookies i've only seen them at westery market, but its worth the trip!! Its Kate's baked goods and so far my favorites are these sorghum dipped and coco quinoa. (the granola is really good too!!!) I really highly recommend them!! Miamia New York

    Westerly is on 54th and 8th it is the best health food store. Good prices and big selection. The brand I was talking about is Kate's Baked Goods- the guy said it was new and its great for me because their products are also dairy and egg free.

    thats crazy that you coulden't find them I was by yesturday and bought another bag and a bag of the granola- which I was hesitant about becuase it seemed a little pricey- but it was so good .
