  9. Does anyone know which if any flour companies are safe if avoiding corn? Most that are dedicated to gluten free still manufacture corn.I know bobs does and i called arrowhead mills and although they say they clen their equipment there is the chance of cross contamination. Miamia

  13. I called Toms of Main all of their toothpastes are safe except 2 which have sorbitol. So you are probably safe with the spearmint I know the pepermint is alright.   24. Westerly is on 54th and 8th it is the best health food store. Good prices and big selection. The brand I was talking about is Kate's Baked Goods- the guy said it was new and its great for me because their products are also dairy and egg free.
  25. thats crazy that you coulden't find them I was by yesturday and bought another bag and a bag of the granola- which I was hesitant about becuase it seemed a little pricey- but it was so good .
