  2. This bread is Great. One question though--am I letting it rise too long?? It practically doubles in size as it bakes (and I only let it rise to the top of the pan), then flops over a bit at the top. Still delicious, but a little challenging to slice.   9. Thanks guys! These all sound great--just what I was looking for. However, can I actually stuff my bird with them? I can't imagine roasting a turkey without stuffing it first.   11. Greetings! I don't really know if this helps at all, but I have a friend who has a daughter with Turner Syndrome. Apparently, girls with Turner's are more likely to develop Celiac, and she has to have her daughter tested annually. Just a little info that you may or may not already know.
