    This bread is Great. One question though--am I letting it rise too long?? It practically doubles in size as it bakes (and I only let it rise to the top of the pan), then flops over a bit at the top. Still delicious, but a little challenging to slice.     Thanks for the egg idea--I think I might experiment with that by adding the flour. I never even thought about the leavener and not adding it. It seems obvious, but I'm glad you mentioned it because I was only thinking of modifying the sugar in it.     Stephanie, I used to get some brown rice tortillas that were at our health food store, but they have been out for the past two months.     Thanks guys! These all sound great--just what I was looking for. However, can I actually stuff my bird with them? I can't imagine roasting a turkey without stuffing it first. If so, at what point would I do so? After the stuffing is already cooked, or before it is cooked (letting it cook with the turkey)? Any thoughts?

    Greetings! I don't really know if this helps at all, but I have a friend who has a daughter with Turner Syndrome. Apparently, girls with Turner's are more likely to develop Celiac, and she has to have her daughter tested annually. Just a little info that you may or may not already know.

    Wow! Very interesting! This is pretty exciting--our dentist had noticed considerable wear on his teeth from grinding and was going to fit him for a night guard as soon as he loses his last baby tooth. Maybe that's going to end up something of the past for him. Yay--I sure hope so.

    Nisla- Both of my kids were initially dx'd with a Ttg test and both came back positive (my son's was confirmed with a biopsy), so what you are saying is that, although they only used the Ttg test for them, they are still positive (because positive is never false-right?), but because my hubby and I also only had the Ttg test and it came back negative...
