  2. i ear the product line all the time, the only thing i can think of is the amount of sugar in the products. mybe your system is not used to the insulin over load if you eat to much of the product.
  3. there are two companies that make a gluten-free grahm cracker. joesphs gluten-free bakery (good) and Grainless baker (even better) hope you can find them in your area happy thanksgiving

  6. I 100% agree if you are one of the lucky one to have a health foods store that really cares about gluten-free products you will never shop anywere else. my local store on long lsland has everything i need could not be happier
  7. i was told the samething six mounths ago from my Accountant. i have been saving my Receipts, but i don't know how much i will be able to write off.
  8. I agree with everyone else there is no differance in the taste. mostly buy by shape as well
  9. S'better farms also makes buffalo wings that are pretty good.

  11. orgrans italian style is eveen better then any of the other orgrans pasta. i rank it 4th i all the pasta's ive tried. 1 bio Aglut 2 schar 3 aproiten 4 orgran italian style 5 tinkyada
  12. any 100& cranberry juice would work for you. some company's...Knudsen, after the fall, lakewood, and mountain sun. i'm sure their are others but these are the ones im aware of
  13. when i was first started to eat amy's i had a problem... three years later i tried them again no problem. even better yet are the pizza by foods by george, and by far the every bidy eats and safe harbor foods pasta's are the best
  14. i love the cooies...the bars are ok..the cereal is no good
  15. Gluten free pantry also makes a pre made gluten-free stuffing. (they also supply leagal seafood their crutons) it is okay, i hve also had eveybody eats aslo ok.. just make your own it will be better.
  16. Fast and Fresh makes a whole line of microwavable products, besides the bread the waffles and brownies are aslo good

  18. i've been to a few whole foods in my area they all pretty much have the same selection...DISAPOINTING
  19. my local health foods store makes them fresh. if you are not lucky enough to be able to do this, i would try gillians. you just defrost heat through and searve. i found it to have a better taste then natural feast.
  20. try kinnikinik (spelling ???) it is the best bread i have tried... ener-g was gross food for life almost as bad, glutino corn bread is pretty good deland was the best before the new labes warn of Gluten to scared to try since.
  21. mamas is the best italian food on the island. whole foods and dr. bwell naturally are the best places to find gluten-free foods b well also has a gluten-free deli goods luck
  22. i have been drinking penta water for the last five year (3 BTLS per day), what a differance it makes in not only my energy levels but also my skin. form wha i understand it is not the O2 but the micro clustering of the water that makes the diff
  23. besides mcains, a company out of canada called laura's is certifed gluten-free. they have rolled oats and oat flour.
  24. agave is a great option, one of my favorites you can also try xylitol or Z sweet one is form the birch tree the other from corn

    you aslo have jandi's in oceanside rising tide in glen cove trader joe's is also in plainview the best in hicksville ive been all over nassau in search for the best selection of gluten-free foods... b well's has the largest selection of any store that i have been to. fairway is getting better but it still is not there yet
