  1. I still get my migraines. But not nearly as frequently as I used to before going gluten free. I used to get migraines 2-3 times a week and they were very intense. Now I get one maybe 2 a month and they are most definitely sinus/environmental allergy related.
  2. Both of my kids eat a lot. Neither are overweight. I just make certain there are a lot of "good" foods around for them to eat. Not a lot of junk.
  3. I am also on 50,0000iu a week for low vitamin D. My doctor wrote a prescription for me.
  4. I just received an email from Tommy's Pizza and they are trying to get certified from the Celiac Association to serve a Gluten free pizza.

  6. Since changing to electrosol with the power ball, I have not had any problems with spotting on my dishes and my dishes are clean when they come out of the dishwasher. I love electrosol.

  8. The dressing that comes with the asian salad states on the packaging that it contains gluten. Shelli
  9. I work in a Nursing Home, and they order latex free, powder free gloves. I have not had a reaction to these at all. I am fairly new to all of this, not quite a year, but I wear these gloves everytime I am doing anything with a patient. I think I would have had something by this time if there was a problem. I have explained all of this to my dentist...

  11. I get their salads without the chicken. I know the asian salad is made without any chicken added. You have to specifically request that. I also bring my own dressing with me. I don't use their dressings at all. Shelli
  12. Have you tried any of the Envirokids cereal's? I find them quite tasty. I know they are gluten free, but I cannot verify if they would meet the rest of your dietary requirements. Shelli

  17. I am in Ohio too, but no where near any of you.... I am in Brunswick, between Cleveland and Akron. It is pretty discouraging to me because there is nothing near me that is gluten free.

    I work part time at Borders in the cafe. The one I work at uses Seattle's Best brands. The coffee's are fine. The syrup's are ok, but I'm very leary of the sauces.
