  1. Susan! Nice of you to drop in. Don't you just love computers and the time they eat up when you have something else you need or want to do? Most times I try to read a page and then respond and move to the next page. Of course if there is lots to respond to then I'll just do a few at a time. I hate that emoticon rule too!
  2. I get the ringing at times and popping. I have the seasonal allergies from May to July and I asked the doctor if that could make things worse. I don't know that he had an positive affirmative on that but he didn't say no. I never had seasonal allergies before my 20's so now I'm hoping that once I get this mercury and candida taken care of if they will...
  3. Why does this not surprise me. Sorry but... I have something that I like better than aquaphor that I use once in awhile. I'm thinking of doing the hard medicine for the 10 days and then switching back to the lanolin based stuff. Hugs, hugs, hugs, hugs and lots of I think you have lyme and you WILL feel better. Keep looking ahead...
  4. My appointment is the end of August for the consult. Removal will be after that. Does lyme like sugar too!? I'm slightly intolerant and allergic to dairy (midline low) so I don't know if I would want to do that again. Besides.....I'd prefer the ice cream....like Rachel. Probiotics I want to stay away from for now because of the methyl mercury...
  5. Yes it is. We were all quite amused by it. Celia was a funny one that's for sure.
  6. I didn't realize you had problems with eczema also. I was hoping my eczema would go away being gluten/dairy/legume free. I'm thinking the mercury could be behind it, but I'm aware allergy/intolerances are behing it as well. I tested barely intolerant to many vegetables, which I'm still eating, although I did cut them out for a few weeks. I...
  7. You'd probably have to build up on these (if you can handle them), but Vitamin C and Magnesium are supposed to be good. I think flax oil was on that list my doctor gave me for my husband as well.
  8. Well I'm back. Had my ears taken care of again....it's only been 2 months. The doctor said I was a month early. Anyway, he mentioned me needing to use the meds, the strong one being lotrisone. I hate using the stuff because the eczema and itching always come back so I figure what's the point. Also, it hasn't been tested with breastfeeding. He...
  9. Me too. I'm sorry about the finger.....OUCH! Biopsy results, is that from the paraffin blocks? Can't wait until you feel better of get home and type one handed. It is possible....just takes longer. I'm running late and haven't caught up on everything yet. Hugs and for everyone. I've got to get out the door.
  10. Your body has been through the wringer and it's not surprising that you would need more rest to begin with. Stress can cause many problems, but there could also be other things going on. If you don't start feeling better 6 months or so down the road then I would suggest you see a naturopath/holistic doctor or a LLMD (they test for many, many things.....
  11. And you say your life is boring. By who's book? I don't know about carpets but mom just told me recently about dawn and hydrogen peroxide. It took a wine stain out of her new tablecloth. Mix about equal ratios, but use a little more of the dawn. Rub it into the stain and then you'll have to shampoo over it with water in the shampooer. See if...
  12. Please don't have salmon. That has mercury in it and you don't need to add to it. You can take Carlson Fish Oil (I think Carlson is the brand Mercola recommends). You can buy eggs with omega 3 if you can handle them. Please don't give up. We are here for you and as Rachel has gone through something like this she can rely information she found and...
  13. No teaser for me......I don't watch it (or any other tv for that matter ) Always good to see your smiling face though Morgan.
  14. Actually Rachel responded. I didn't really know what to say. The whole experience for you with him was definately not what was expected. I don't think he showed a very professional manner in the way he dealt with you.
  15. Caramel color should be ok. As far as having your children tested, a blood test would be ok. Do you suspect the children of having celiac? If you want you could also get the gene test from Enterolab ($169 I think each) and see if they have a celiac gene (or which one). A blood test would likely be negative but they may be asymptomatic. I ran enterolab...
  16. Take the rest you need and don't worry about your doctor. Mainline is very intimidated by the natural side of medicine it seems. I'm not surprised you found hostility. Glad to hear removing the one med is taking away some of the discomfort you were going through.
  17. I'm not getting into this one.
  18. Lisa, I don't have anything to add but hugs.
  19. Thanks for the ovarian cancer article Rinne. Something else to keep in mind.
  20. New avatar. Not real clear but my dad is one the end, then me, Mitch, brother and mom.
  21. I don't know Carla. That could be it. Has anything else changed in your day, eating etc? Are there any viruse going around still that you may have picked up?
  22. I hope that is the case with you as well.
  23. I don't know if those are floaters or not but if you do have lyme I wonder if that could be impacting your fertility.
  24. Most prepackaged stuff like cereals is quite pricey. There just isn't a lot our there. Arrowhead mills makes some gluten-free stuff, but some of their stuff is just wheat free so you've got to watch for that. Envirokids has a couple gluten-free cereals. Erewhon makes rice cereal (need to read labels, one is gluten-free the other is not). Enjoy life makes...
