  1. Hope all goes well with the SIBO treatment. I also hope this flare dies down quickly for this weekend. Make sure you get your rest. Horse rescue? Now that sounds like something I'd like too. Of course I wouldn't mind shelters either. I just always want to bring the kitties home.
  2. Still thinking about you. I imagine you are one your way to the vet or there already.
  3. It wouldn't provide any money but you could volunteer at the humane society. May be too much to play/walk the dogs but you could sit in a chair and love the kitties. Kiosk also sounds good if you can handle that. Hope you have a good time. You must move closer to the west coast. I'm thinking it sounds more plausible...
  4. Hugs Susan. I don't have any advice but know that I'm thinking of you two. Keep us posted as to the vet appointment.
  5. You're right Bob. You won't find me there. Heard reports of lots of ticks jumping around on the south eastern border of Washington too. What amazes me is that this was in the paper.
  6. Trail Mix!!! I didn't know they had a trail mix......do tell. I love my enjoy life chocolate chips. I'm not on the candida diet as I don't want mercury floating who knows where. I certainly hope you don't have both....but either way it will be answers. It does sound like lyme could be playing enough games with you to keep you sick but...
  7. Good for you. and thanks. I do worry about you with the diflucan and such. Do you think it's your meds or combo of meds? Did you eat something that your body doesn't like? Sounds miserable. I do hope things calm down for you. Yep, I can say New Jersey. You did a lot of hiking though.....don't know if she has/did. ...
  8. Kassandra, I wouldn't recommend going gluten free and then going back on it at a later time for a biopsy. You have to eat equivalent to 3-4 pieces of bread for 6 months and then it is still hit and miss, especially if you had healed a lot in that time. I've heard and read some bad stories about challenges for biopsies. You can make your situation...
  9. She just told me about 1/2 hour ago that she fell earlier today so it could be a sprained/pulled muscle.

    ARCHIVED Bread

Definately no cheating. You would only cause yourself more damage and who knows what other problems down the line. There is a thread called "the best gluten free bread ever" or something of that nature started by mamaw that is really good if you want to make your own bread.
  11. Definately get him gluten and dairy free unless you plan on doing more testing.
  12. Could very well be. My youngest son breaks out with eczema if he get any gluten.
  13. Yes. The last time it was still her left side but around her hip. She says the pain is inside. I'm hoping it will work itself out during the nighttime.
  14. Well Talitha still hurts. I will call the doctor tomorrow if she's still hurting. The doctor is 4 hours away though. He's only over here every other week for 2 days. I really don't want to take her to the other doctor or the hospital. I don't think it's that serious though. I was wondering if the chlorella could have this effect. She had 1/16th tsp...
  15. Could be.....I don't know. I know my right knee still bothers me but not all the time. I used to get pain from my knee down to my ankle and massaging it would make it feel worse. I couldn't handle it. Lately, it's just been my knee.
  16. That makes sense. Hopefully he will cooperate. All he needs to do is a draw. Hopefully he'll take Carla's doctors attitude (the one that did the blood draw not her LLMD). Get some rest and I'll look forward to an update on Friday. I hope you come back here more frequently again.
  17. So it's not looking too good for Patti then is it? She may be the first negative one here (that's tested)........I still think it's a chance with her though.
  18. Rachel, Judy is seeing a doctor on Friday. I've mentioned she can't get the blood draw on Friday. I'm hoping this doctor will be willing to test for everything with Igenex. Susan, Have I told you I love your new photo?
  19. Good for you. Sounds like a possibility. Back atg you. Ok, so how many of us have Italion blood on this thread. I do, Donna, Rachel, Patti. Anyone else? Ditto Yay on getting to work on time! You did write a book on the other thread. That must have taken quite a bit of time. Judy, how...
  20. Hi Nikki!!!! The lyme clan is growing by each diagnosis.
  21. That's the main reason I think Patti may be positive......NJ. It's intersting how everything has worked out with evreyone here for sure. I do see a lot of different names reading. No, no coughing. She was going from the table to the couch getting the yarn for the latch hook. She likes to do that part. She looks at the pattern and figures...
  22. I just asked her and she said it hurts more when she breathes but if she takes smaller breaths it feels better. Thanks. I'm not going anywhere. I've come to love all of you guys.
  23. I don't know if anyone remembers me posting about the pain Talitha was having on her left side around her hip a few weeks (month ) ago. Now she's got a pain on the same side but from her armpit/chest area down to the bottom of her rib cage. I sure wish I knew what was causing her these pains. I think she's doing a little better now but she explained...
  24. That's kindof what I got when I looked into it. Seems like an intersting test to go hand in hand with everything else though.
  25. I can't wait to see how Laura's re-test turns out either. Bev's appointment isnt' until the 6th of June so I assume we'll have to wait that long. If Patti winds up positive for lyme then I may really have to quesiton why I'm here. I think I'd be the only non-lymie unless I'm forgetting someone.
