ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Something

Ok, I did a comparison chart for the hair analysis. I don't know why we have different ranges (I'm assuming different lab policies). I put my reference ranges first and any that were different on Donna's I noted next to the line. My test were done while I was still on a vegan diet. That changed due to the gluten and soy thing. I know these are about... -

That would be great if that worked out! Now you need to try and prioritize what needs to be done. I know, very challenging, especially when so many things are intertwined. -

I hear you Jin. Financial woes follow a lot of us. I do hope you can get some money together to get some testing done. I don't know which issue is more pressing for you. -

Glad you had a good dinner. My doctor thinks mercury is a problem for me just based on my hair analysis. He likes to do the urine challenge though. He won't treat me until I get my essential elements where he likes them. He's found problems with chelation if your essential elements aren't on the higher side since chelation takes them along with other... -

I don't have any suggestions. I'm am happy to hear you'll get your biopsy results next week. Bummer about not being able to go over them tomorrow though. Yah, get away from Safeway managers. WF.... Don't know if that would be much better. Yay!!! -

For my essential elements the doctor had Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Lithium, Selenium, Sulfur and Cobalt marked. My numbers were as follows for everything. Maybe you could list yours. Calcium 248 Range 300-1200 Magnesium 20 Range 35-120 Sodium 36 Range 12-90 Potassium 50 Range 8-38 Copper 10 ... -

Boy do I hear you! We just found out last week that the problem with my hubby's car shifting is the transmission going out. It would cost $2500-3500 to fix and the car is only worth about $1000. It's a little metro. We're going to run it til it doesn't run anymore but I'm hoping it hangs in there for a couple years. It doesn't even have 100K on it yet... -

This would be a good idea too. Your exam wasn't, to say the least. I also like Lynne's idea of checking b12. Since you had severe malabsorption last year maybe your stores are critically low, or you aren't absorbing it anymore. -

Mercury can trigger celiac. It does trigger autoimmune diseases and I still believe it triggered mine and the children's. Mitch has 2 celiac genes and tested negative through enterolab. He's had tons of vaccines in the military but no amalgams. Me too. -

I hear you. I'm in misery over our debt load as well. It really makes me question getting my teeth done as I'd rather pay down our debt. I've already waited 2 years and I needed 4 more crowns then. Never too deep for this thread my friend. We are here for you whenever, whatever you want/need to talk about. -

Susan, I would suggest looking into lyme/mercury. Do you have amalgams (aside from the two teeth that are bothering you)? Do you have any other metals in your mouth? I forget....did you say you'd been on antibiotics? Lyme isn't totally unreasonable with all the hiking you've done. I don't know if any ticks could have jumped on the dogs... -

I just want to add that I agree. Now if we could only get Robbin back here more frequently. Donna, I don't remember if I commented on your dad's yard......Beautiful!!! I showed Mitch and was going to show him Rachel's yard but forgot she'd changed the picture. -

The info Rachel posted from Scott's site also says that 78 is a less active infection. I haven't had any problems getting into any pages on here and I have Internet Explorer. -

I do that too and I don't have the brain fog excuse. I have the children interuption excuse. Insurance.......sometimes more of a pain than what it's worth. I think of it like car insurance. I thought that even if it was on the low end of the range that that wasn't good. I think they like it high. Rachel......Charlie......anyone... -

I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. Things will only continue to get better though. You're health will improve and as you feel better everthing else will continue to improve. I'm really hoping you get a phone call the next couple days. I want to know now too.
