  1. Bunk Beds....HAHA!! Well, it seems you all enjoyed the summit. I have been lurking for days now, but life has been quite hectic. I have just started some university classes to finish my degree, and they consume more time than I remember. I thank you all for the daily dose of laughter you bring, and will talk to you all as often as I...
  2. Having done some diving, I am now going to be VERY careful if I get an itch in my crack. Thank your mother for the laugh. My kids must think I've lost my mind...which is nothing new.
  3. I just want to let every one out there know. My wife say this on the shelf at Chapter's today. Allergy Living Magazine this month contains an article related to have a Gluten Free Pregnancy. I hope this helps anyone who may be looking for info on this topic.
  4. It sounds to me like this poor old woman has nothing better to do with her time than cause trouble for people. She should maybe be careful carrying all those things in case someone were to cause trouble for her So I have to laugh....last evening, we found our 4 y/o standing at the top of the stairs, and from what I can tell, she had been there for...
  5. Where is every one? /points at the tumbleweeds./
  6. Happy Birthday....sorry if this is a little late.
  7. He's almost 16, and yes...someday we hope he too will return to being a normal human being. I can also sympathize with the suitcase packing this as well, but in some cases that's all that may also be in their dressers, which is why it never ends up in the laundry!
  8. Well, DS has moved home!!!! We are so excited. A year ago, he moved back to my MIL's house in Ontario, and we have had very little contact with him since. Anyway, about 2 weeks ago, he called and told us he wanted to come home. We bought him a ticket and picked him up last night. He's spent most of the day with his friends, but actually came home...
  9. Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadian psillies. Or, if you prefer the pre 1982 greeting, "Happy Dominion Day." Hope you are all doing well. I am going to be spending this glorious day with my newly re-united family. (More to come on that when I get some time.) Have a great psilly day! :)
  10. I always thought IKEA was an acronym for I Kan't Ever Assemble. (even works for psillie spelling) Amanda, glad to hear you are both okay. Psuzie, *huggs* What more can I say. Hope today goes a little better in our little slice of this crazy universe.
  11. We did a HAL cruise last January (The Zuiderdam) and it was wonderful. The first night was a bit of a let down (plain gluten-free noodles) but after that, they brought me the next night's menu and allowed me to choose ahead of time. They would modify the menu as required, but I still had tasty sauces, wonderful veggies etc. The meals were excellent....
  12. You can get engaged, but in some places, the divorce has to be final for a certain amount of time before you can get married again (here it's a year) once the divorce is final. Hope that helps.
  13. And that makes it easier to take....bra fitting talk and everything. Psoozie...My prayers go out to you as well. *hugs* Hope you feel better soon.
  14. My favorite expression for that was always "Drop a Deuce." I don't know why, but it made me goggle the first time I heard it, and I still use it to this day.
  15. I did see that. Tragic, for sure...he was VERY phunnie.
  16. Do you know how long to took me to figure out that that was JANET? Wow...I feel kind of thick now. Good Morning psillies....More thunderstorms on the prairies today....YEAH!! Finally got some sleep last night....I'm wondering if Insomnia has anything to do with gluten...hard to say since I've been extra careful....who knows.
  17. Busy night, and I TRY to pretend I know what you all are talking about, it just seemed easier to ask. And I thought I could offer a few chuckles. And YES....those were THE biggest exclamation marks I think I've ever seen. BTW I got the new Avatar to work, so enjoy.
  18. What Yeti??? Are we looking for the abdominal snowman?
  19. Yes..We've had over 3 inches of rain in the last week or so...most of that in the last 24 hours or so. I am glad the sun came out, but we've now had thunderstorms ALL day. It's getting a little old. Happy Fathers Day to all the Silly Dads out there.
  20. Happy Weekend sillies. The Day Star has finally decided to grace us with it presence this morning, so I hope to get a chance to teach my dd how to ride her new bike, and get some yard work done. I think I was beginning to develop webbed feet this week.
  21. Since we're talking Grandfather's, mine's such a character. When I was a kid, he called me by my middle name because Ryan was not very biblical. He's had a couple of TIA's in the last few years, and is fading fast. We are very close...he never spoke to me in English either...spoke German to me since the day I was born. Well...out to play in the rain...
  22. Hate to do a drive by, but I am...life has been pseriously busie these last couple o' days. I finally go accepted to university, and have applied for my first few courses. I can do the whole thing online, so yeah, but it will take 16-20 hours per week of my time. My dd has been sick all day due to the vaccinations she had yesterday :( and we are...
  23. If you're asking for maths, I think we determined this is the wrong place for that...but I would have to WAG that the odds are pretty small. Well, off to pick up dw from work, and maybe settle in for a movie. See you all in the morning.
  24. ROFL :D That's about all I can say.
