    If the liquid you consume has the osmotic density of your cells, it's easier for your cells to uptake. Adding sugar (or salt) makes water more like the cellular fluid. (Yes, I know, true fluid absorption doesn't take place until the colon, but dehydrated cells will take in some fluid.)

    Every weekend I make several crockpots worth of meals and freeze them. Usually it's chicken breasts and whatever veggies were on sale. Occasionally I throw in a handful of rice.     Egg free is hard. Coconut milk works for the dairy though.

    Well, I have a voice this morning, but not any more thrilled to be up. Was gently chastised yesterday on the boat for not sitting with a certain group of friends in the morning :blink: So I'll be sure to leave early to be on the 6:20 boat sos I can sit with them. Bo is still a lap baby
