    The stage collapse is so horrible. I guess the winds blew in faster than they were expecting and they weren't prepared. So sad.

    I don't feed my chickens beta carotene, but their eggs have beautiful dark yolks. It comes from eating greens (both veggie scraps and grass).

    Yep. Hair went back to brown. I think it's pretty common. A friend who went gluten-free got fewer grey hairs AND whiter teeth. A small perk of this miniscule dietary change.

    Many people will say that a positive blood test means Celiac disease. If you feel better when you don't eat gluten, you should remove it from your diet regardless of what the tests show.

    Went for a hike yesterday, ~ 9 miles. Woke up this morning thinking of all the stuff I plan to do today. Then I got out of bed to make coffee.... Maybe I'll just watch movies today.... and drink...

    I'm glad your baby is home LoLo. Mom's are always the best medicine. Our 20% chance of rain has been continuous since 6:30 this morning. I haven't gone outside except to feed the feathered friends. I may have to do the pen tomorrow after work. I have, however, waxed my eyebrows and given myself a mud mask. In an hour or so I'll be heading...
