    Thanks for the info.! (I know a laxative is a stupid thing to be happy about). But, when I get glutened, Miralax is what I use...somehow it re-regulates my digestive system. I thought I had read it is gluten free. And in addition, I don't react to it...if it had gluten, it wouldn't work...because gluten gives me C and not D. Glad to get the tip. ...

    I have a great crock pot cookbook. It is not specifically gluten-free, but many, many of the recipes have no gluten in them. For most recipes, there are no substitutions needed or I can simply substitute a gluten free soup or other ingredient without affecting the taste!
