Hello,

I'm in the planning stages of a trip next year around the USA, coming from Europe.

Can anyone recommend a / any good guides / websites which list gluten-free/ coeliac friendly restaurants / hotels / cafes etc.

Thanks in advance

There is a website called findmeglutenfree.com that should help. It lists gluten-free places in whatever area you will be going to, but it doesn't guarantee them to be safe. It's best to read the reviews to see if anyone with celiac ever got sick. Of course that's no guarantee either, but I know if I read that someone HAD gotten sick, I would probably pass on that particular place.

So where are you going when you come to the States? Maybe if you let us know, some of the folks who live in those areas can suggest places.

gluten-free since June, 2011

Can't eat soy, corn, or foods high in salicylates.

Nightshades now seem to bother me too.

BUT I CAN STILL PLAY MY GUITAR AND THAT"S ALL THAT MATTERS!
