Thank you for taking the time to write to us. The following is a list of items on our menu that are, or can be, made gluten-free. They are:

CHICKEN MARSALA (Ask for this not to be dusted in flour)

VEAL MARSALA (Ask for this not to be dusted in flour)

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCA (Ask for this not to be dusted in flour)

Thanks, I ate there with my family before I was gluten-free and it is such a neat place to go. Make sure you go with a group of people the serve a lot of food! :D

Someone should email Buca's to tell them they could use Tinkyada pastas to begin a Gluten Free menu of their very own. How hard could that be for them? If everyone here and on all the other gluten-free boards emailed them, they might consider being a leader in that respect. I'm going to email them now. We're not going to get anywhere asking each other if restaurants will feed us. Let's ask them to feed us.
