So I'm taking a road trip and will be packing the car with lots of safe food from home but I'll be wanting to dine out with friends along the way I'm sure. I'll be spending most of my time in Ft. Myers so a few options there would be fantastic but I may also find myself wanting to dine somewhere near atlanta or jasper in GA, and perhaps in nashville too. If any of you have any recommendations I'd love to hear them. Thanks!

So about 45 minutes south of Jasper there is the famous Roswell Outback steakhouse that serves gluten-free bloomin onions, coconut fried shrimp, mac and cheese, etc. so that's an option. Also in the same strip mall is Sugo which has a fantastic menu if you are looking for something a little more upscale. There are other places in Alpharetta too. There is a Pizza Fusion in Ft. Myers. Also, they have the standards like PF Changs, Carabbas, Bonefish, etc. It's been a while since I've been there so I can't think of anything else off the top of my head.

Urbanspoon is a wonderful sight you can pick a state/city and choose Gluten Free in Special Features.

There are plenty of "chain" restaurants that offer gluten-free menus you shouldn't have too much trouble.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
