4 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
4 Tablespoon Sugar
4 Tablespoon water
¼ cup margarine
vanilla extract to taste

cocoa with water and sugar, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add margarine stirring until dissolved. Add vanilla. Pour frosting on the cake.

I am more stressed about what sales will be out on cyber Monday and black Friday then the actual thanksgiving holidays lol. Have you been tested for a stomach ulcer? That's what the pain sounds like to me. You can also get pain in your stomach from too much gas. Another possibility is GERD.
