    I have been on a gluten free diet for about three years. I'm not sure how much 20 ppm is. That figure by itself is useless unless I can relate it to actual food. My question: Is the common communion wafer 6 or 20 or more PPM? I don't want to even bring it up to my pastor if the amount of gluten in it is inconsequential.
