Celiac.com 11/06/2021 - Just in time for the holiday season, here are six sumptuous hot cocktails made with Bailey's Irish Cream. Yes, Bailey's is gluten-free, as are most Irish cream liqueurs. And yes, you can substitute any of your favorite Irish cream liqueurs in place of Bailey's. One thing to note some of the original recipes on the Bailey's website list non-gluten-free ingredients like pretzels and brownies as garnishes or decoration. Of course you'll want to switch to gluten-free varieties, or omit these extras altogether.
