Celiac.com 10/16/2020 - I was lucky enough to discover Little Northern Bakehouse's Classic Dinner Rolls just in time for the holidays.

If you've not tried their products before, be sure to check out our reviews of their Hot Dog & Hamburger Buns, Sandwich Bread, Sprouted Honey and Oat & 7 Grain Breads, and their wonderful Bagels. A common theme through all Little Northern Bakehouse products is their focus on healthy versions of each product which are certified gluten-free, high in fiber (each dinner roll contains 2g), vegan and allergy-friendly, and are also non-GMO.

Soft & Chewy Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls

Everything you expect in a great dinner roll is captured in these rolls. Not only are they packaged just how you like them—in a rectangle containing six delicious rolls that you can quickly warm up in the oven, but they also behave exactly how you remember—they are soft yet stretchy as you will find when you slowly tear them apart.

For best results apply a some butter or margarine before biting into them, which is when you will discover the wonderful chewiness and taste that you've missed ever since cutting out gluten. They really do taste just like my mom's homemade dinner rolls that I remember being served for the holidays!

    Looking for Perfect Gluten-Free Sliders?

Look no further...you have found them! These soft, chewy dinner rolls make perfect gluten-free sliders. Leave them stuck together and carefully pull apart the bottoms from the tops, then put them on an oven-safe platter and add your favorite slider filler like cooked ground beef with melted cheese, sloppy joe mix and close slaw, or go vegan with grilled Portobello mushrooms or Eggplant. I promise that you won't believe they are gluten-free—yet they are!

Little Northern Bakehouse Millet & Chia Hot Dog & Hamburger Buns: A Product Review
Celiac.com 06/20/2019 - It's now officially grilling season and I'm always on the lookout for better versions of gluten-free hamburger and hot dog buns.
My big discovery this season comes to us courtesy of Little Northern Bakehouse, which is a Canadian bakery located in British Columbia. All of their gluten-free products are made in a 100% gluten-free facility.
Little Northern Bakehouse's hot dog and hamburger buns are simply amazing. The first thing I noticed about them was their spongy texture, and the fact that, despite creating an over-stuffed cheeseburger with all the fixings, my bun did not fall apart! There were no crumbs on my plate after I finished, and this just never happens with other gluten-free buns.
In addition to being soft and holding together w...

Little Northern Bakehouse Sprouted Honey Oat & 7 Grain Gluten-Free Breads—A Product Review
Celiac.com 10/11/2019 - Most people already know that sprouted grains are healthier than their non-sprouted versions, mainly due to the enzyme activity which breaks down the starches and makes them easier for you to digest. However, finding a gluten-free sprouted grain bread has never been easy—at least not until now.
Little Northern Bakehouse makes two outstanding gluten-free, sprouted breads: Sprouted Honey Oat Bread, and their 7 Grain Bread.
You may recall our review of their hot dog and hamburger buns in which we were blown away by their taste and texture. Amazingly Little Northern Bakehouse has managed to blow us away again with these two sandwich breads. Their quality, taste, texture, and "mouthfeel" are simply incredible, and second to none!
    On top of their p...

Little Northern Bakehouse Makes 4 Varieties of Certified Gluten-Free Bagels
Celiac.com 08/18/2020 - More than ever before, people with celiac disease are turning to certified gluten-free products.  In the USA, gluten-free certification ratchets safety up a notch or two when compared with only the basic FDA labeling regulations.
Likewise, when it comes to gluten-free bagels, Little Northern Bakehouse takes them to a whole new level with their incredible line of certified gluten-free, allergy-friendly bagels. They are so good that the average gluten eater would not likely ever realize that they were glutenless. Little Northern Bakehouse has clearly done their homework because they've somehow perfectly captured the one thing that is most difficult about making bagel without gluten: The chewiness factor—the glutinous mouth feel of a real wheat bagel—which is n...

Little Northern Bakehouse Original Artisan Style Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts
Celiac.com 12/16/2020 - If you're like me, you care a great deal about the quality of ingredients that are used in everything you eat. Did you ever wonder about the quality of ingredients in some of the commercially prepared frozen pizzas that are on the market? Do you think they use the freshest, best quality mozzarella? How about fresh basil or homemade garlic-tomato sauce? I am very picky about ingredients, for example the type of pepperoni I like, so for me Little Northern Bakehouse's new Original and Thin Artisan Style Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts are the perfect solution.
Although I may be picky about my pizza ingredients, I'm not necessarily into making gluten-free pizza dough from scratch every time I want a pizza—like most people I do appreciate convenience. Little Northern B...
