PB Crave Cookie Nookie Gluten-Free Peanut Butter

Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
PB Crave Cookie Nookie Gluten-Free Peanut Butter -

If you want peanut butter that has the consistency of a soda fountain milkshake—not too thick but not too thin—this is it.

PB Crave Cookie Nookie Gluten-Free Peanut ButterI could not get enough of the Cookie Nookie flavor.  It has just the right amount of sweetness thanks to a lovely combination of sugar, honey, and vanilla.  For a great treat anytime, I highly recommend Cookie Nookie Gluten-Free Peanut Butter.  Just make sure the adults in your family keep their supply away from the kitchen pantry that is shared with the kids during the upcoming school holiday vacation!

Pure Market Express Organic Gluten-Free Lemon Tart
Celiac.com 07/11/2012 - When I first read the box for this lemon tart, I wasn't exactly excited. I didn't think anything that was gluten-free, free of added sugar, vegan and raw could taste like anything other than cardboard and/or grass.
Oh how wrong I was: this lemon tart completely blew me away. I am not even gluten-free and I can confidently say this is the most delicious lemon tart I have ever tasted. It is perfectly tangy, sweet (without any weird aftertaste) and somehow it manages to taste creamy despite a lack of dairy.
The product developers at Pure Market Express must be wizards. That is the only explanation I can muster for how insanely yummy this tart is.

MAN Advanced Nutrition Chocolate Almond Gluten-Free Energy Bar
Great energy bars do not have to contain soy.  If you're gluten-free and can't eat soy, you should try this new gluten-free energy bar made by Ebars.
Open Original Shared LinkThe main ingredients are almonds, honey, oats, flaxseed and pumpkin seed.  The sweetness of the bars is provided by coconut sugar and raspberry, and the himalayan pink salt ensures the bars are not too sweet.  I found that they satisfied my cravings for something chewy and delicious at the same time.
In addition to being gluten and soy-free, they are also 100% USDA Certified Organic, Kosher, and Non-Dairy.
