Honey Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz XO
- 1 bar spoon runny honey
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1.5oz hot water
- Orange Zest

Directions:
Pour all Ingredients: into the old fashioned glass
Add hot water
Stir with a spoon until honey is dissolved
Express the orange zest and serve
Orange Eclipse
Ingredients:
- 2oz Eclipse
- 1oz Blood Orange Juice
- .5oz Sweet Vermouth
- 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Add all Ingredients: to shaker.
Add ice, shake and strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with orange peel.
Sparkling Sage
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Black Barrel
- .75oz Honey Syrup
- 3 Sage Leaves
- 2oz Dry Sparkling wine (to finish)
Directions:
Add rum, lime, honey and sage to shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Fine strain into champagne glass and top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with lemon and sage.
Out of Office
Ingredients:
- 2oz Black Barrel
- .5oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .5oz Fresh Grapefruit
- .5oz Cinnamon Syrup
- .5oz Falernum
Directions:
Add all Ingredients: to shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain over ice in rocks glass.
Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
Chalet Chai
Ingredients:
2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel or 2 oz. Mount Gay Extra Old
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 rough cut sugar cube
Orange peel
Directions:
Muddle the sugar and bitters in mixing glass.
Add Mount Gay Black Barrel or Extra Old Rum, ice and stir.
Strain into a tall glass over ice and garnish with an orange peel.
Merry Maple Sour
Ingredients:
- 2oz XO
- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5oz Maple Syrup
- .5oz Egg White
Directions:
Add all Ingredients: into shaker.
Dry shake, then shake with ice.
Fine strain into chilled coupe.
Express lemon oils over the surface.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
