Hello, today i had visited the doctor to get a check, nothing special and it appears that in my medical log it says that 3 years ago i was diagnosed with ceilac.

My family and I never heard or knew anything about that and at first i was pretty sure its a mistake (i still do)anyways i still had to take a test to prove that i'm not sick in order of the that medical note be deleted and i had a blood test toady.I'm kinda worried that i am actually sick and wanted to know if its possible that for 3 years i have been sick with celiac and never showed any symptoms.i do have a stomach aches from time to time and i actually have constipation from time to time and from what i understand its the opposite effect from celiac symptoms.

I eat a lot of gluten and just wanted to hear from celiacs if its possible that for three years i have been eaten so much of it but never showed any of the symptoms.

Sorry for my English, and thank you for your time and help.

Celiac has a wide range, from stomach aches to constipation.

Yes, it is very possible. Celiac can go "silent" (no symptoms) and still be doing damage, regardless of how much gluten has been eaten.

There are many people with confirmed Celiac despite not having any outward symptoms.

Its good to get the test confirmed since your original doctor never explained or clarified your first results.

Good luck.

I am glad you found out about it finally.  Some don't have symptoms.   My symptoms changed after I went gluten free.

Thanks.

Absolutely my point with Kerrigan, the owner. She stood to secure many years of faithful patronage by simply inviting us in for a pastry or lunch. Or by simply producing another $50 e-card based on trust. We would have been highly satisfied. We are limited to a few restaurants in the area, and that would have been one. It was very disappointing, esp to my wife, to realize we can't patronize the place anymore.

You would think any business would see the wisdom of honoring a $50 gift certificate on the basis of customer satisfaction alone, apart from any questions about software glitches.

So there was no physical, plastic card involved, correct?

When my wife attempted to open the online card in the store with a cashier, it would not work. We then showed the owner the link to the card, the online receipt that I got upon purchase, and even my bank statement confirming the purchase. That did not satisfy her, since she said she needed the link to open to reveal the gift ID num. They even admitted they had a systems problem around that time.
