Anyone Tried Intestinew?

I bought a supplement called Intestinew by Helath-n-Energy. It has :

5,000 mg L-Glutamine - provides the building material for relining the stomach

200 mg N-Acetyl-Glucosamine - the most abundant lining material needed to bind the cells together

125 mg Gamma Oryzanol - derived from rice bran with strong anti-oxidant properties.

50 mg herbal blend of cranesbill root, ginger root, marigold flower and marshmallow root

The link is: Open Original Shared Link

I got it beacuse of the L-Glutamine which I read people with Celiac's should take 10,000 to 20,000 mg per day (YIKES!). anyway, I'm wondfering if anyone has tried it and how it worked for them. One thing I have noticed is that when I take it, my nausea calms down but that might just be the ginger.

I'd love to hear feedback if anyone has any?

I used to use that product and I think it's wonderful.

Now, I use something similar but it's called IntestiMax...also has L-Glutamine in it and it works well for me. I still take vitamins and supplements even though I feel good.

I would give high recommendation for these supplements.

It can take longer than 6 months for antibodies to drop to the normal range,  My DGP IgA took a few years as I got stricter and stricter about being gluten free  But having symptoms again could also mean you’re getting some gluten in your diet.

Hi, I just had my 6 month check after being diagnosed Celiac 6 months ago.  All of my panel numbers were normal except: Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgA (It is 31 with high being over 30)  I have also been having symptoms again. Am I not actually being as careful as I think I am or does it take longer than 6 months for this particular test to come back down?  I can't get ahold of my doctor this week as she is out.     Thank you!

That is very strange, because it looks to me like two very different test results, but for the same test! It's definitely time to contact your doctor for clarity on this.

Scott, thank you SO MUCH for this!! She has been through so much in the last three years as we've tried to track down answers. This language will definitely help me help her to reframe.
