I know they're owned by General Mills and they'll clearly list any source of Gluten in parentheses, but has anyone had any issues with any of their Frozen Veggies? I just had their Frozen Cut Spinach and am having a reaction. I've had their OG Fruit Spread without any issue.

I haven't ever seen that brand available here but one of the things you could do is contact the company about production practices. You'll want to contact Cascadian Farms directly and not GM about this as they'll be more knowledgeable about their own production practices than their parent company is. If they use any gluten containing ingredients on their frozen foods lines it could be a CC issue. It could also be a problem with nuts or other ingredients if you have a problem with those, gluten isn't always the problem when we have bad reactions to things.

Maybe you can make the frozen veggies yourself? Then you know for sure it's 'save'.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
