Food Manufacturers And Suppliers Are Pushing To Increase The Amount Of Gluten Allowed In So-Called ''gluten-Free'' Foods

I doubt companies want to "add" gluten to products to make them test up to 20ppm.  That would be silly and hard to do.  I think they just want to have the same standards as the other coutries they sell products in.  I wonder if the older  20ppm tests are cheaper?
