Does anyone get  a fast beating heart and it beats even faster after you have eaten?

And if have had a really really good deep long sleep do you feel worse than if you haven't slept well, in fact you don't feel well at all

I do experience this. I have noticed it is worse when I eat too many carbs, so I have been intentional about eating more protein and it has gotten better. I also have thyroid problems, and that has given me a fast/fluttery heartbeat in the past. It seems once you are aware of it, you notice it all the time, and then the anxiety about it kicks in, making it worse!

I remember waking up just as devastatingly tired as when I went to bed.  Not any more.

my heart rate has been high (over 107) for the last 2 years. It could be due to anemia. I also have asthma so it could be due to that as well. I've had EKG's and cardio bloodwork but my heart itself is fine.

are you anemic?

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
