A head's up:

Luckily, the batch that I got didn't seem affected - I was so worried that I would have to not only replace all of my flour (I use a single measuring scoop - why think to use separate utensils on "safe" foods?), but I was afraid that I'd have to replace all of my baking pans, mixers, ect. Again.

I'm very relieved, but I hope this hasn't affected many people.

I live in the US and ordered a few bags through Amazon.com. It was Amazon who alerted me, so obviously they were concerned. I don't know where all of their suppliers are located. It doesn't hurt to check.

Sounds like Bob has had the flour tested independently as well as in house.

i do like gluten dude.  he has a point - bob's used to be like the only game in town.   i will probably continue to buy bob's stuff - never had a problem with it (although the all purpose baking mix is too bean-y for me blech) and the fact that he already has outside testing is good.

karen, is this the same recall you posted or a different batch?

I posted one for peanuts a few days ago that forgot to mention wheat as an ingredient.

I also posted how to sign up to get the US recalls.  This Bob's is a Canadian recall and wouldn't have shown up.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
