Hello all! I purchased this quinoa rice blend yesterday. It has wild rice red rice, brown rice and of course quinoa. It looked really different and now I am trying to think of a yummy recipe to use it in, beside serving it as is. Any suggestions? Thanks!

We  like to add  sautéed  veggies & a  splash  of  balsamic  vinegar....

I buy their wild rice blend and cook it in broth/stock with poultry seasoning, you can put chopped tomato into it too.

We make a delicious salad with baby spinach leaves, grated carrots and cucumber, tomatoes hard boiled eggs and sprinkles of quinoa - rice mixture. All this tossed together with a vinaigrette. Delicious!! And the children love it too.

Yes, @trents is right, ascorbic acid can be irritating.  Do you take it with food? Do you take other supplements or vitamins? Do you eat processed meats?   Is your diet high in carbohydrates?

Be careful with C supplementation. It's ascorbic "acid". Too much can cause stomach and gut irritation.
