Tyson Cornish Game Hens Are Gluten-Free

I had some Tyson cornish game hens in the freezer that I bought some time ago.  I pulled them out and the label did not list any gluten ingredients.  I checked their website and they had this to say:

 

 Premium Cornish Hens from Tyson Foods are all natural, with no hormones administered and no artificial ingredients. 

 

So I bit the bullet and had one last night and I was okay, no reaction.  

 

Now the rice blend I made to stuff them with was a different matter.  It is Rice Select Royal Blend, Rice Blend with only texmati white, brown, wild and thai red rice listed as the only ingredients on the label. Again, I checked their website and they said:  " no added flavors or sodium " But no gluten statement.  I made a batch and was smart enough to sample some before stuffing my bird.  45 minutes later I had a reaction so I left mine unstuffed.
