Newly confirmed Celiac with Type II Diabetes and Barretts disease. Having to radically changed everything we cook - any suggestions for a really  good cooking book or source for gluten-free food, especially for crock pot type stuff? Thanks

Felix

Practical Paleo by Dianne Sanfilippo is my favorite. Even if you aren't into the paleo lifestyle all the recipes are naturally gluten free and very easy! I was never into cooking until I found this book. Well worth the money!!

Dr Bernstein's books on Diabetes are great. He has some cookbooks too. Open Original Shared Link

The free kindle book store has gluten free cookbooks, I haven't read them yet, but got a few of them for free.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
