Hi all,

so, it seems that the doctor wants me to do the following tests: CMV, HSV1 and HSV2. I am not sure what to do. I spent so much money on another test that came back negative. Not sure why Dr. wants me to do these ones. Has anyone done these tests? Could Gardasil injections trigger/cause any of these?  How I feel these days: my right hand just seems so fragile and I have some joint pain. According to the latest MRI, my lymph nodes are still enlarged. My left eye still hurts somewhere deep in there and looks foggy.I still worry about RA and Lupus. Rheumat. factor came back positive in one blood test and negative in the other. I truly don't know what to think or do anymore. Any advice?

      Shingles - Could It Be Related to Gluten/ Celiac

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oh my......will the danger never end? It has seemed like no matter what we do or have done the odds were/are against us. Next they'll tell us that just looking at wheat will be dangerous. Oh well....hang in there.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
