Does anyone know what items from atomic wings are gluten free? Are the sauces mild, med, or hot? Also are the waffle fries or sweet potato fries gluten-free?

I am assuming this is a restaurant? Usually the best thing is to ask them.  Remember, that fries might be naturally gluten-free, but if they are fried in the same fryer as gluten coated things (like onion rings), they are no longer gluten-free.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
