Hi guys do any of you eat beanitos chips? I was wondering about the garden fresh salsa kind. I know on the bag it says may be processed in a facility with wheat but was wondering whose tried these. Also the terra brand chips I bought the sweets and beets kind. And one more product not regarding chips. Do any of you use country life vitamins?

Beanitos are the only chips I use, can not really eat much of them due to carb issue but I love using them crushed up for garnishes, seasonings, and breading crumbs.  They are certified and tested gluten-free, They just have to put that label on there since it is a shared facility they are made in. Same facility can mean the same warehouse even if they have them in cordoned off areas or on the other side of the plant. I do know they do batch testing at least they did when I inquired them via email over 2 years ago. Best part is the chips are free of corn also and taste like a high end corn chip.....was a bloody blessing after my corn allergy.

Terra look interesting but I have never had them. I like a few different companies that make freeze dried veggie snacks with vegan cheese flavors as of late. I know in the past I tired a company called better bean that tasted like pringles sorta was addicted to the bacon ones.

I tend to stay away from country life, just one of those companies I off a off feeling for. I normally stick with Jarrow, Natrol, Liquid Health, and doctors best.

Yeah I used them a few months ago ground up as a garnish/sprinkle over salads and eggs. Has a nice flavor, thinking I might try using a bit to give a light crunch to some broiled white fish. -_- wish I could fry some fish with the stuff as a breading would make pretty interesting. I know the chipolte did when I did it for someone else I was cooking for. (I got to nibble on some I set aside) I am just limited on the amount of meats and carbs my body can handle.

Can you remind me of your carb and corn issues? Are they both brain fog?

I assume you can't eat much rice?

I am 42 and still figuring out what keeps me sharp.  I do marketing and accounting for my husbands company.

AH its not celaic it is ulcerative colitis a complication I developed cause of celiac -_- It causes bleeding and inflammation/swelling of the intestines. Triggers are gluten, dairy, fructose, glucose, and sucrose. .....so no sugars/starchy carbs in addition to the the gluten and dairy issues. SO I eat a mostly keto diet of high fats and protein. Sugars, Fruits, and carbs are no's for me and I have issues breaking down tough meats and fats so no red meats, chicken or turkey. Just eat fish, crab, egg whites, vegan protein powders, nuts, seeds, and low carb veggies.

Corn I am just highly allergic to...I will even get a rash from touching the stuff. Eating it causes blood blisters in my mouth, throat, stomach, and intestines and a very high fever.

So Delicious unsweetened, and kite hill, local HEB brand almond mik, silk cashew milk, daiya blocks, lisanatti shreds, make my own cream cheese, and several cheese sauces using nut bases, or coconut flour. Even make a deep roasted queso with a eggplant base. Make my own icecreams, and even cheesy seasonings. Heck make a vegan parmasan I sell at farmers market.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
