Does anyone recommend makeup that is certified gluten free? I have oily skin and powder could move around my face and I'm afraid I could swallow a small amount.

Try 100 Percent Pure it is a GREAT brand and most of their products with the exception for 1 or 2 are gluten free. I have been using it for years without issue and I am very sensitive. You can also try Gabriel Cosmetics, Omnia Cosmetics, Mirabella Cosmetic, Red Apple Lipstick, Ecco Beauty

I use Andalou shampoo, body wash, and body lotions, absolutely wonderful stuff, I ask Santa for it as my Christmas present.

Afterglow cosmetics (a lot like Bare Minerals which I had used for eons but does not guarantee gluten free). Also Red Apple Lipstick...I just tried their mascara and I absolutely love it, not gloppy.

These are verified or certified gluten free.  You can sign up for their newsletters and they send out special discounts regularly.

For every day to keep lips from cracking, I use EOS which I get a 6 pack from Costco...these are marked gluten free, not certified, but I have been using them for 2 years and no problem.

And remember if you are kissing on anybody, their body products should be gluten free also  ;oO

I have a very timid tummy after 13 years of strict gluten free.  If I try to eat like my pals, I burn.

I particularly try to get lots of red meat, mostly beef.  I'm slightly anemic, which isn't uncommon in celiacs.  Red meat is healthy for us and the environment.

I had lyme disease for about 14 years and was also diagnosed with celiac disease about midway through.  I had bad leaky gut food and chemical sensitivity like crazy dental issues I had to go on a really strict diet for 4 years to heal my gut and see a lyme Dr to heal the lyme disease  Both sides of my family are celiac
