This is a good point. by example Mc Ds fries in Canada can be Gluten Free if done in a gluten free fryer. Here in America Mc Donald's Fries contain gluten in the fries themselves and are not gluten free. Many store bought fries use gluten in them most hash browns and tater tots also use gluten flour.....I hate how they manage to put them in things that should never even be touched by that stuff....I can not eat them but I still find it annoying seeing that.

 Ore Ida frozen French fries are My favorite evil snack. Especially with carne asada and cheese sauce :)

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
