Sandwich lovers can get mighty particular about which breads make the best sandwich. There's plenty of room for opinion, and personal taste can include opinions on toasting versus non-toasting, seeded versus non-seeded, white versus whole grain, and on and on.

That means that this list of gluten-free sandwich breads is not meant to be authoritative. It is not written in stone. In fact, it is subject to revision based on input and suggestions by our readers.

I would vote for my bakery but not allowed to promote it here -_-. Next Up I would say Julian Bakery since they are low carb grain free bread. Perfect for gluten issues, and various gut issues with it not having carbs.

Hands down Schar bread and pizza crust too!  We are all also allergic to eggs so the Schar is the best

Funny - I was going to say 'hands down' on Canyon Bakehouse (rye style) and Trader Joe's.   Honestly,  I think TJ's is the closest to what I remember 'real' bread tasted like, I just wish the slices weren't so small.   But I guess that's what you need to do if you don't have gluten to hold a big slice together!

Canyon Bakehouse is my vote by far.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
