can anyone tell me if jello brand pudding mix is gluten free? molly is invited to a party on friday. the mom called me yesterday and said they will be having pudding with fruit in graham shells. i told her not to put molly's in a shell. she will probably be using jello brand pudding mix and i can't find any info on it.

Jello is a Kraft product. I have eaten the pudding before without issue. Have the Mom read the label over the phone. If I remember it is less than 10 ingredients and wont take long.

I called them a few weeks ago just to be safe and as someone else stated it is Kraft and is fine....the phone rep reverified it for me.

You could always make her's at home and bring it to the party then you know its safe and no risk of cross contamination from the graham shells.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
