Someone recommended the supplement brand CeliAct to me, has anyone tried/had luck with it? Thank you for the feedback.

It looks to be gluten free.  Is that what you are asking?

Other than taking iron for the few months (as prescribed by my doctor), I take no vitamins.  With healing, I am absorbing my nutrients through food.  Now, if you feel like you are Vitamin and mineral deficient, you should see your doctor and ask for testing.  Ask for antibodies testing too to see if your numbers are on a downward trend.

You may need to review your diet.  You may be getting hidden gluten exposures.  Start by not eating out.  Focus on real food — not processed, evenGF processed.  Keep a food and symptom journal to help identify additional food intolerances which is common.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
