Safe gluten-free Pasta Sauce

For those of us that are cuisinally challenged, can anyone recommend a safe gluten-free pasta sauce? I've seen some on the Delphi list, but I know cross contamination might still be an issue there (if it is with Amy's). I make my own soup everyday out of necessity, but pasta sauce, it just never tastes the same as good ol' store-bought, out of a jar.

What pasta sauces have you had without any G reaction?

lol... I think jar pasta sauce is icky, and making it from scratch is *much* better. :-)

i grew up on Ragu (spelling?) I love it and the meat flavored is even good. Although my boyfriend grew up on homemade and when we started eating together, he insited that we put seasonings in it. I now just use ragu and just though a bunch of "stuff" in it and it tastes sooooooo good. I have to thank my BF for that one though. :)

The only jar sauce we like is Ragu Sauted Onion and Garlic. It is safe -- most of their sauces are.

Thank you all for the feedback.

I was taking medicine for sibo but it was not agreeing with my stomach at all.Was on gabapentin but it amps me up.I was taking in morning because it wasn't allowing me to sleep. This has always been an issue with medicine and me.Even going to dentist, the good shot that numbs you once, I can't take because it makes my heart beat fast and I  get the shakes.I have to take the crappy stuff and get injected always more than 4 times always. Its infuriating

If you successfully digest gluten with enzyme supplements so it won’t give you side effects, your challenge won’t be worthwhile because the digested fragments of gluten also won’t stimulate antibody production or cause intestinal damage.

Thanks for the resource! I will check it out!

You can search this site for prescriptions medications, but will need to know the manufacturer/maker if there is more than one, especially if you use a generic version of the medication: To see the ingredients you will need to click on the correct version of the medication and maker in the results, then scroll down to "Ingredients and Appearance" and click it, and then look at "Inactive Ingredients," as any gluten ingredients would likely appear there, rather than in the Active Ingredients area. https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/
