Adderall XR - gluten-free?

I have been taking the 10 MG Adderall XR manufactured by Lannett and I wanted to confirm that it did not contain gluten. I looked up and located the ingredient list for the medication here https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=e73cd2b4-1314-4c4d-954c-4f537a0ff627. Does anyone happen to know if any of these ingredients may contain gluten? Also, Lannett has confirmed that they manufacture the 10mg adderall in a facility that also produces gluten containing products. Should this be a concern to me?

Doesn't look to me that those ingredients would contain gluten and unless you are a very sensitive celiac I wouldn't worry about warning that they are manufactured in a facility that produces gluten containing products. There's probably not enough, if any, cross contamination happening to elicit a celiac reaction. You will find this same situation with almost all medications that do not contain gluten intentionally, i.e., they will likely be manufactured in a facility that does handle other products containing gluten. I would not fret over it unless you become aware that you are having a celiac attack when you take them.

Thanks very much!

I have a very timid tummy after 13 years of strict gluten free.  If I try to eat like my pals, I burn.

I particularly try to get lots of red meat, mostly beef.  I'm slightly anemic, which isn't uncommon in celiacs.  Red meat is healthy for us and the environment.

I had lyme disease for about 14 years and was also diagnosed with celiac disease about midway through.  I had bad leaky gut food and chemical sensitivity like crazy dental issues I had to go on a really strict diet for 4 years to heal my gut and see a lyme Dr to heal the lyme disease  Both sides of my family are celiac
