Does anyone know if this is gluten-free and cf? I was positive it was and when I just was on the Delphi list checking on Tylenol I looked for this Promethazine and I couldn't find it. I'm going to call the mfg. in the morning but I was just curious if anyone is using this for nausea and has verified it.

These are listed as gluten-free on www.glutenfreedrugs.com. Is this what you are looking for?

Phenergan w/ Codeine syrup

Promethazine w/ Codeine Syrup (Hi-Tech Pharmacal)

Thanks for the help Karen. Unfortunately Shane's are pills not syrup. I'm wondering now if since they only have syrup listed if that means the pill form contains gluten. Guess I know what I'll be looking into first thing in the morning. Thanks again.

There are other, erm, means of taking phenergan. I have the suppositories for when it feels like I'm digesting glass and I can't keep anything down. At that point, I don't think it matters if they're gluten-free/cf or not.

I take 2 x 25mg tabs at night for insonia otherwise I only get 3-4 hours sleep. I will have to check mine.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
