How do I get relief?

I posted a while ago about how I think I might be celiac or at least sensitive to gluten. I decided to try going gluten free the last week or so (or at least avoiding it as much as I possibly can). The days I have not been eating gluten I have felt a huge relief in my symptoms. I’ve been sleeping better, no bloating or stomach pain. My body isn’t aching, my headaches and neck pain have felt better.. well last night my partner and I were running errands and ended up grabbing a pizza for a quick dinner. Huge regret! Within an hour I was bloated and was getting stomach pains.. I was tossing and turning all night with body aches, stomach pain, nausea and sweating despite having the window open and a fan blowing… today I still have a head ache, nausea and stomach pain.. I’m having a hard time eating anything today because I just feel so sick! I’ve also had the need to use the washroom much more than normal. Is there anything I can do to help relieve these symptoms? I feel awful! I’m still waiting to see the GI doctor and hopefully have more testing done.. my family physician only texted my TTG IGA levels which were so low they were understandable. He unfortunately did not request any other testing along side this and believes we have now fully ruled out celiac.. I’m hoping the GI will do a full work up for me.. in the mean time how do I stop feeling so sick?

If your tTg-IgA levels were normal, then your doctor won't likely order any further testing, but, you already have your answer, don't you? 

Approximately 10x more people have non-celiac gluten sensitivity than have celiac disease, but there isn’t yet a test for NCGS. If your symptoms go away on a gluten-free diet it would likely signal NCGS.

      I know that but they make my sides hurt , believe me I think I have very poor absorbtion I take iron and it doesn't go up , vitamins and everything else the test results are the same from the last year

      It's normal for the pee to turn yellow when taking large doses of B vitamins, particularly riboflavin (B2). That doesn't mean they are building up in the kidneys. It means the excess is being excreted. The B vitamins are water soluble.

      Because since the vitamins are not absorbed due to the inflammation shown by high levels of tTg IGA levels,it will just cause buildup or the kidney will get tired .I already take vitamins and I could see them in my pee the next 4 minutes I don't feel like vitamins are well absorbed I took vitamin b 12 , magnesium and other things and my test results are normal but still not high considering I have been taking them now for almost 3 years .i think there is no point in taking them now since there is a high inflammation I should wait more until maybe I could start to absorb something I already took IV infusion for iron because it by pass the gut due to the poor absorbtion already .

      Welcome to the forum, @Kimmy88! Most toothpastes are actually gluten-free. Most meds are gluten free. There are lists available for most prescription meds to determine if they contain gluten as an intentional ingredient. Google. Remember, "gluten free" does not mean "contains no gluten" it just means it contains less than a certain parts per million of gluten, in the USA that's < than 20 ppm for food items. For meds it may not be the same standard. And for generic meds, you would need to contact manufacturers. Pharmacies can give you contact info. Trace amounts from cross contamination may not be an issue unless you are in the subset of super sensitive celiacs.
